Phone System Issues

Our phone system provider has been under a DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack. This has resulted in phone system interruptions for us; sometimes spanning short spells, sometimes longer. As a result calling in to our main lines may or may not connect successfully, we encourage using the helpdesk portal section at or live chat should you need help. 

UPDATE 2021Sep24 : our phone provider's DDOS mitigation efforts are improving service, calls are now generally functional however, some interruptions and call quality issues still persist. Our phone partner continues to enhance robustness efforts.

UPDATE 2021Nov10 : while DDOS attacks continue on our phone provider, revamped security and mitigation efforts have significantly improved stability and performance, to the point where calls now perform at the same level as expected.



We apologize for the inconvenience and hope our telco's DDOS mitigation efforts resolve the situation soon.

It is most unfortunate that a good company can now be assaulted through no fault of their own at this scale which is especially damaging for them on many levels.
